Our Story

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. He described the Pilates Method as "The comprehensive integration of body, mind and spirit." Today, it is a commonly held belief that Pilates is the most effective form of exercise for anybody at any level of fitness.

At Reform with Dr Sachi Jagani, we welcome all levels and abilities. Bridging the gap between Rehab and Fitness, we provide holistic approach to wellness. We know each client is unique, so every workout at Reform is tailor-made to obtain each individual's specific goal. Using state-of-the-art equipment as well as a nurturing approach to instruction and form, we promise to have positive experience for your body, mind and spirit.

A Gold Medalist in Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from D.Y. Patil University, Dr. Sachi has achieved multiple skillsets. Her love for Pilates started when she started practicing Rehab Pilates for her patients with back pain. It was the perfect bridge between rehab and fitness. She pursued her instructor training in Stott Pilates from Dubai in 2020 and has been teaching Pilates since then.
